I hadn’t been to the dentist in 23 years due to severe dental anxiety, which I disclosed on my paperwork. I finally worked up the courage to make an appointment because I knew I needed to address my dental health. During my first visit, the hygienist completed my exam, X-rays, and photographs. I knew I had significant tartar buildup and was prepared for that. However, after being shown one photograph, I explained that I understood and did not want to see any more pictures. Unfortunately, two additional photos were shown to me, which was overwhelming and embarrassing given my anxiety. I ultimately became so upset that I left. What made a difficult experience much better was how the office responded afterward. The hygienist manager, Andrea, personally called me, listened to my concerns, and scheduled my cleaning directly with her. That made a huge difference. When I came back for my cleaning with her, the situation was entirely different. She was understanding, patient, and very aware of my anxiety. She made me feel comfortable and respected, and I truly felt like I was safe. She helped turn what had been a very upsetting experience into a much more positive one. She made the situation completely different and I left feeling heard and taken care of. I also appreciated them taking the time to listen to me when I explained what had happened. I am proud of myself for finally walking through the door after 23 years, and I am grateful that the office took my concerns seriously and made an effort to help me feel comfortable. Dental anxiety can be incredibly difficult, and I hope my experience helps others know that it is okay to communicate your fears and boundaries. I am glad I gave this office another chance, and I now feel much more confident about continuing my dental care here.

Outstanding professionalism. Crissy the hygienist was awesome. The equipment used are new and up to date. Very modern, clean and well thought out. There are even tv screens on the ceiling to watch while your reclined getting your teeth cleaned. Highly recommend.

The staff was amazing! Very professional, yet personable

Not only is the office in Nexton conveniently located, but it was clean and felt very welcoming to patients. The team was also great! Alyssa was very attentive and had a great attitude. Dr. Petrin had fantastic bedside manner, and was very thorough with her examination. Overall, it was a lovely experience! 10/10 and would highly recommend!
