Dr. Amanda Petrin is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles through attentive, personalized dental care. She enjoys creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their oral health and confident in their treatment plans.
Dr. Petrin provides a range of general and preventive dental services, focusing on maintaining strong oral health while addressing restorative needs as they arise. She is also laser certified, allowing her to incorporate modern dental technology into patient care when appropriate.
Education
Dr. Petrin earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she received comprehensive training in general dentistry.
Originally from the Poconos region of Pennsylvania, she later moved to the Charleston area to continue her dental career and serve patients in the local community.

Dr. Petrin is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and remains committed to staying connected with the latest developments in patient care and modern dentistry.
She also received The Katherine Toomey Award for her devotion to the dental school and the dental profession.
Life Outside the office
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Petrin enjoys spending time exploring the Lowcountry and connecting with the community.
Dr. Petrin sees patients at River Landing Dentistry on select Saturdays, helping provide additional scheduling flexibility for patients who prefer weekend appointments.
