Dr. Brian Kramer
DDS
Dr. Brian Kramer is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthier, more comfortable smiles through high-quality restorative and surgical dental care. Known for his calm, patient-focused approach, he enjoys helping individuals relieve pain, restore function, and regain confidence in their smiles.
Dr. Kramer provides a wide range of treatments, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and dental implants, along with surgical procedures such as extractions, bone grafting, wisdom tooth removal, and molar root canal therapy. He also offers IV sedation dentistry, allowing patients to receive treatment in a relaxed, comfortable environment—especially helpful for those undergoing more complex procedures or who experience dental anxiety.
His clinical interests include surgical dentistry, root canal therapy, and implant treatment, and he takes pride in helping patients resolve dental pain and restore long-term oral health.
Education & Military Service
Dr. Kramer earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Indiana University School of Dentistry after completing his undergraduate studies at Purdue University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Movement and Sports Sciences with a minor in Biology.
Following dental school, Dr. Kramer served more than four years on active duty in the United States Navy, where he provided dental care to service members at Recruit Training Command (RTC) Great Lakes and Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island.
Today, he continues to serve as a Navy Dentist in the U.S. Navy Reserve, holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander. His military experience has strengthened his commitment to service, leadership, and providing high-quality care in a wide variety of clinical settings.
Dr. Kramer maintains BLS and ACLS certifications, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.

Life Outside the Office
Dr. Kramer is married to his high school sweetheart, Heather, and together they have three children: Caroline, Reese, and Jack. Much of his free time is spent cheering on his kids at their extracurricular activities and sporting events.
As a family, they enjoy spending time at the beach, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors. Dr. Kramer is also an avid runner and proud Purdue Boilermakers fan.
Dr. Kramer sees patients at our Mount Pleasant and Daniel Island locations, where he enjoys building relationships with patients and helping families maintain healthy, confident smiles.
